Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of pixlrobotics.com and the $20 Pixl Nub VIP deposit. By paying the deposit or using the site, you agree to them.

The deposit is not the product

The $20 payment reserves VIP eligibility. It is not a purchase of Pixl Nub hardware. To receive a device you must back the Kickstarter campaign when it launches on Oct 13, 2026, using the same email address, at $180. $20 + $180 = $200 all-in, with shipping and tax included.

Pricing

• VIP: $200 all-in (shipping and tax included).
• Public Kickstarter: $260 plus shipping and tax.
• MSRP after the campaign: $399 plus shipping and tax.

VIP allocation is limited. We may close reservations when the first batch is full.

Kickstarter

After launch, Kickstarter’s terms apply to the campaign pledge. If you do not back the campaign, you are not entitled to a device at the VIP price. The $20 deposit remains refundable until launch as described in our Refund Policy.

The product

Pixl Nub is a desk companion for focus and wellness coaching. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, detect disease, or treat medical conditions. Specifications on the site describe the intended product and may change before shipment.

Site use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to send spam. Content on this site is owned by Pixl Robotics unless noted otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Pixl Robotics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the site or the reservation. Our total liability related to the $20 deposit is limited to the amount you paid us.
