Pixl Robotics (“we”, “us”) operates pixlrobotics.com and the Pixl Nub VIP reservation. This policy explains what we collect and why. Pixl Nub itself has no camera. Presence and vitals are designed to stay local-first on the device.

Information we collect

• Email address when you join the list or pay the $20 VIP deposit.
• Payment details processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.
• Basic device and usage data (pages viewed, referring site, approximate location from IP) via analytics tools.

How we use it

• To confirm your reservation, send the Kickstarter backer link, and honor VIP pricing for the same email.
• To process refunds of the $20 deposit before launch on Oct 13, 2026.
• To understand how the site is used and improve the offer (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, TikTok, and Meta advertising pixels when configured).

Sharing

We share data with service providers who process it for us: Stripe (payments), MailerLite (email), and analytics/ads partners listed above. We do not sell your email list.

Retention

We keep reservation and payment records as long as needed to fulfill the offer, process refunds, and meet legal or accounting requirements.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of your reservation email, or to opt out of marketing. Transactional mail about your deposit or Kickstarter link may still be required.
