Refund Policy

The $20 Pixl Nub VIP deposit is fully refundable until Kickstarter launch on Oct 13, 2026. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the same address you used to reserve, and include your receipt or Stripe confirmation if you have it. We will refund the $20 deposit to the original payment method.

What this covers

• The $20 reservation payment only, if you request a refund before launch on Oct 13, 2026.
• Automatic refund of the $20 deposit (and any Kickstarter pledge) to the original payment method if the campaign does not fund.

If Kickstarter doesn’t fund

If the campaign does not reach its funding goal, Kickstarter returns pledges to the original payment method. We will also refund the $20 VIP deposit to the original payment method.

What this does not cover

• The deposit is not a hardware purchase. Refunding it cancels VIP eligibility for that email.
• After Kickstarter launches, campaign pledges are governed by Kickstarter’s backer terms, not this deposit refund policy.
• If you do not back Kickstarter, you will not receive a device; request your $20 back before launch.

Failed or duplicate charges

If you were charged in error, email us with your receipt and we will sort it out.
